Cursor Index property for Intensity Graph Y axis

The Cursor Index property for an Intensity Graph is the index for the X data array, even if the cursor style is a horizontal line.  There does not appear to be a corresponding index available for the Y axis.  It can be computed by dividing the Cursor Y Position by the Y Scale Multiplier and truncating but is it perhaps available directly as the integer index ?

Yes, I agree this seems currently an unecessary limitation!

The "cursor index" property for intensity graphs should be an array containing the x and y index as elements (in analogy to e.g. the array min/max tool where the position output is an integer for 1D arrays, but an array of indices for higher array dimensions).

I also noticed that the cursor legend's sub-control (with the four diamond positions) that acts to move the cursor location when clicked on does not work for the Y axis on an intensity graph.  Clicking the left or right positions moves the cursor along the X axis, but the top and bottom positions do not move the cursor along Y.

This bug and the wish for Y cursor ondex both submitted to NI.

PS What is that small sub-control called ?

5 years later and there still seems to be only a cursor index property for the X axes Intensity Graph, instead of an array to access both X and Y cursor index as suggested by altenbach above. Am I right? If that's still the case I find it weird, that the property is called "cursor index" and not "X cursor index". Or does somebody know how to switch the cursor index to the Y-scale? Working with the cursor index property is just so much nicer than having to use the cursor position with deviding per points etc...

Agreed! Unfortunately still an open issue.
