Hi，Ｉ hava reference the documents"Adding a Custom UI Palette to Your Web Application Library" (

It mentioned that "In the library with the control definition file selected, click Create palette file from the configuration pane."
What is the "library" and "palette file " does it mean? it the library means "JSLI" library?
