Custom control Size mismatch and Image blurry

I am creating custom controls such as for enum, string combo box and other controls.

If i use them from select a control there is no issue.

Howerver if I use it to replace  a control it is not matching the size it was created nor the image that was used. it is blurry or it breaks.

image format used was .png.  I have checked the data type size of control and image as well as text. Any other steps am I missing?
