DAQ 6035-E and SCXI 1122 calibration with VI. Has someone already calibrated such boards through the NI calibration procedures ?

What kind of calibration are you looking to perform? The E-Series Calibrate uses on board references and can update the EEPROM on board. We have used this routine but we typically like to do end to end calibration of the whole instrumentation path for system calibration.

I want to be sure that the board, mainly AI's and AO's, is as accurate as possible. To do that I will regularly calibrate it. With the E-series calibrate.vi I can perform a self calibration using parameters from EEprom (factory or user). But how do I update the user parameters in EEprom and copy them to the default area of the EEprom?
How should I proceed?
Same questions for the SCXI 1122 boards and the SCXI Calibrate.vi
Thanks for your help.

There is great documentation in the LabVIEW Help files about how to use the E Series Calibrate.vi for external calibration. For internal calibration: set the task id as the device number, operation as Self Calibrate, and write to the User EEProm area.

There is also a link to the LabVIEW Measurements Manual in the LabVIEW 6 Help documentation for SCXI Calibrate.vi The Measurements Manual covers SCXI calibration in Chapter 9.
