That's a completely different question.  You asked in a LabVIEW forum.

You should've asked in the Measurement Studio forum.  There is no DAQ Assistant in Measurement Studio,

That being said, yes you can have one task with multiple channels in Measurment Studio.

If you'd like an example of how to do it, ask in the proper forum.
