I installed the driver from the following link https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-xnet.html#306175 for cDAQ 9174, but in Labview the DAQ Asssitant block won't appear, do you know what it can be?

That driver had nothing to do with DAQ. You would want DAQmx.

Thanks for the information, so what is the link I provided for since it's in the support page of the cDaq 9174

It seems that the support page for that chassis has a big error in it.
The hardware drivers listed is not correct. Somehow the XNET version 14 drivers has been listed instead of the DAQmx driver.
Currently I have option to write a mail to NI webmaster, hope that a NI AE is seeing this post.
