DAQ mx Start Task error

Tengo un problema al adquirir una señal de voltaje con una placa NI-USB6009. Ya la usé en otras ocaciones  y funcionó bien.

Ahora trataba de hacer una prueba para leer las muestras sólo cuando el buffer de entrada esté lleno hasta un cierto limite, para que no se sobreescriba.

Pero por alguna razón, no puedo hacer que la tarea comience, salta un error -50405  y dice que:

"No transfer is in progress because the transfer was aborted by the client. The operation could not be completed as specified."

Alguien sabe qué es lo que esta sucediendo?
