It is quite simple to use two different DAQ cards in the same computer at the same time. The key to the task is synchronizing the two devices. This is accomplished using the RTSI bus. Below is the link to a tutorial which discusses Advanced Synchronization Techniques for Data Acquisition:

Examples are definitely available to demonstrate the use of multiple devices simultaneously. If the two DAQ cards are E-Series, the examples are shipped with LabVIEW and located in Hardware Input and Output >> DAQ >> Multiple Devices. This path refers to LabVIEW 6.1, but these examples are also available in previous versions under differe
