DAQ6024E Card doesn't work with DAQmx8.3

Hello,

I reinstalled the LabVIEW 8.2 and DAQmx8.3 on my laptop today. After the installation, the DAQ6024E card doesn't work anymore. I tried to open the test pannel in MAX, and it shows an error: "Diese Operation kann nur bei physikalischen analogen Eingangskanaelen angewendet werden. Laut Konfiguration hat diese Hardware keine analogen Eingangsverbindungen." (The operation can only be applied on a physical analog channels, according to the configuration the hardware has no analog input connections. )

If I start the test, an error will be shown:  "Fehler -200099 ist bei Test-Panel aufgetreten, Moegliche Ursachen: Kein physikalischer Kanal angegeben." (Error -200099 occurred, possible reason: no physical channel available.)

The selftest in MAX is ok.

Before it works with DAQmx8.1(I am not sure about the version number).

It seems that the card is not correctly recognized. Is there any possibilitiy to config the card?

Or Anybody has an idea on it?

have you already tried to reset the board?

Looks like there is an old configuration saved...

Like already suggested, open MAX to reset the board (DAQmx and not traditionnal DAQ) and then run an auto-test.

It seems that you have set global channels or tasks. Check if an error or a warning is displayed next the channels/tasks. It could be that the device number was changed and that the channels/tasks became invalid.
