Well yes, but there is no option like this if I use "DAQ Assistant". It's better option for my project, where I need 3-4 diffrent modules on one project at same time..

Not an issue use the same module and create different task for different cards (if at all you have) then do the same way of starting the task and acquisition. Mostly I would avoid using DAQ Assistant.
