Actually, it is up to 17.0. I had been trying to mate DAQmx 17.0 with Labview 2016, which as far as I can tell are supposed to be compatible. But that wasn't working. Led to a multi layered problem. First had to understand what I was missing, then the software didn't do what is was supposed to, then I had to randomly try things to get it to work. Makes me wonder what other pitfalls are in this software.
