actually I don't have the header file, this spectrometer is a part of the goniometer from out equipment supplier, you have share the PDF mauanl of KHSdll.dll to here last time, many thanks. I tried to read this manual, for example, code 10 is cmd to set the integrating time, but I don't know other digital code of the other commands, like read the temperature. so I real holp you can share the header file to me, thanks.
I also have send the e-mail to KHSinstruments Germany, but still no any answer to me.
