Attached is a simple little VI that generates a digital waveform and outputs it to the one of the DO pins. For this example, it is a 50 kHz digital signal. If I let this VI run, it will just stop randomly and without any error. This appears to happen randomly. I am using LabVIEW 2011 and DAQmx 9.3.5 using a NI-USB-6366.

Just to close the loop on this, I ran the example you cited over the weekend and did not encounter any unexpected behavior (running DAQmx 9.5).
