DOS MODE while installing

Hey guys, 

i am trying to install LabView but i get the same problem always when I try to download it.

You are showing a photo without much context..

Can you explain exactly where you downloading it from (link), what browser you are using and at what point you are seeing this. Do you get this when trying to download or when trying to run the downloaded file (install)? What is your OS? What's the size and name of file you downloaded? Could it be your OS is corrupted and it tries to open executables with notepad or similar?

LOL that was the picture?  I thought there was something wrong with my computer where I was opening up .png files as text!!!
