When DSC 2018 is installed, what version of SQL Server Express does it automatically install?
If the DSC installer finds that there is already a later version of SQL Server Express installed, what does it do? Use that version? Install its own under a different instance name, such as MSSQLSERVER_1? Try to downgrade the version that it found? Halt the installation process?
