The docs aren't clear on this.
DSCopyHandle
1. Does the destination handle have to be at least as big as the source handle?
DSSetHandleSize
1. Will this function copy the handle's data to a temp location before resizing and then copy the data back?
2. I've seen some examples where the user sets the handle's size after calling this function. Is that necessary?
