DSS doesnt launch from executable when someone else logs in the computer

I have Win2000 and can successfully launch multiple Data Socket Servers on the same network as long as I log into the computers with my own log in. Each computer is running FieldPoint modules and post their data. Other computers can successfully grab the data over the network. My problem is that the same executables do not launch their servers when someone else has logged into the computers. The vi executables run fine except for this SMALL discrepancy. I have read through a number of posted answers and am nicely confused. Thank You.

I'm trying to figure out exactly what you are seeing. From what it sounds like, you try to launch an executable on a remote machine, but if someone happens to be looged in at the machine, DataSocket Server will not launch? Is this correct? Does the VI continue to run but cannot publish data?

No I'm sorry I probably didn't explain it very well. I have a computer that has an executable. It acts as a Data Socket Server. When I log onto the computer, everything works as it should. Since this is a public computer however I want other people to be able to use the computer (and the LV executable) under their own logins. That doesn't work. The executable runs fine itself but doesn't launch the Data Socket Server.
Now expand that concept to three machines. I can start all three with my login profiles and they will successfully launch their servers and hum along nicely. But if somebody else boots up any of them and logs in under their own profile, the Server will not be there. I hope that is more clear.

How are you launching DataSocket Server when you are logged in? Also, are you logged in as Administrator?
