DV camcorder and analog TV tuner

Hi,
I see some people asking for image capture functions for DV camcorder
and TV tuner in LabVIEW before. Now it's included in IVision 1.2.

I haven't tested it on analog TV tuner, but theory saying it should
work (not the digital TV tuner). Let me know if anyone of you can try
it.
