Data acquisition program with LABVIEW using RS232

Good afternoon, look I'm working with the nanovoltmeter 2182a and I'm doing a data acquisition program with LABVIEW and whenever I connect my computer to the program it reads the data but it generates an error in the computer screen, (+803) but I do not know how I can request it since I have read the manual and all port configurations are correct.

This page says +803 means "Not Permitted with Output Off - Output must be on/enabled to take readings.".

So... try again with output on.  Or if it's on, turn it off.
