DataStream of array of integers need to be parsed into useful information from host to target communication.

What i want to basically do is to send over a data caped by a sending number and a stopping number carrying useful data to target. I have made till this and now want to extract the array which is continuously updated from host between packet and zero array(when no data). 

So we have a array and now want to first find a number to start data processing into elements and then stop processing and wait for new packet/ start element
