I accidentally found this question. Sorry for answering this late. As the license will decide upon activation what functions you can use, yes, you can download a LabVIEW installer with this license. The installer is complex and includes LabVIEW Base, Full, Pro, etc. functions, so, from an installation point of view there is no difference. You will need to use the same installer whichever edition you purchased a license for.
