Debug Deployment License

 I activate LabVIEW 8 with a debug deployment license. After that I want to install MAX, but the installation was interrupted by a message "An OEM version of "NI-488.2 for Windows" is installed on your system. You must uninstall that version before proceeding".

So it is not possible to install LabVIEW add ons, if i use a debug license !? How differ a debug license and a "ordinary" license ?

The differences between the debug license and "ordinary" license are legal, not technical.

Have you tried to proceed as the error message suggests? Uninstall the NI-488.2 driver and reinstall it (the latest version!). This will install MAX, too.
