Hi,
But the device is not supporting the normal formate, we have to do like this only. I have tested with my device.
So do you still have a problem?

I wasn't questioning the method you use to communicate, I was just questioning the terminology you use to describe it. No format is "normal", whatever that means. What counts are the actual bits. "hexadecimal" is just one possible way to show these values to the human eye.
You instruments apparently wants big endian flattened data. If you would have said that from the beginning, there would have been no ambiguity. 😄
