Unfortunately I don´t know any free LabVIEW program that is available for your specific task. As you certainly know the commercial market is full of such (more or less expensive, non-LabVIEW) programs doing the gel scanning - we have developed for research purposes some routines using IMAQ and LabVIEW that work quite well - a good starting point is IMAQ Vision Builder and the implemented examples ...

You say that you do not have a fre version of a Labview program, do you have one that you would sell. I would like to have a Labview based program so that I can make changes instead of having a commersial one that you have no control of
