Have run into this more than once:
Try these in order:
1) Set the option to disconnect type defs from shared variables.
2) Clear the compiled object cache.
3) Turn the "allow debugging" on for every VI.
3) Mass compile everything
4) Wipe the CRIO and re-install all its software.
