Deploying IO Server

When I Go to Deploy my IO Server it says its successful but when i expand the periodic server there is nothing in there. Why has it not been deployed. I have 78 items to deploy but none of these show up.  Help needed fast please college project due.

Are you deploying this from the development machine? Is this a modbus project?

Any more information would be useful, there are a number or reasons it would not deploy. Do you get any error message when you try and run the application?
