i have recently started using the labview modulation toolkit and was building a simple vi which takes a bitstream , modulates it and then demodulates it and compares against the original for errors.
i was using "mt modulate psk" vi for modulation but for demodulation i noticed there are several choices , as listed in the title :"MT demodulate" , "mt detect" and "mt map symbols to bits" and from their help description they seem to have the same purpose ,except they take different inputs . how do these differ ?
