Different Computers, Same Resolution, Same VI, Different Looking VIs

I was having the same issue. The first computer has windows 7 blue default theme. Then, copied the project to a second computer with windows 7 CLASSIC THEME. I did open the vi and noted that all the text was bigger than the first computer. I changed the theme on the second computer, checked the text size to 100% and checked the same resolution on both computers. Everything was the same but the size of text didnt change. The SOLUTION was to restart windows after the change of theme.
