Difficulty communicating with MKS946

Hello NI Forum Members,

                                           I have been trying to communicate with the MKS946, first with NI Max. However, I always get a Timeout Error when I query its serial number '@253AD?;FF' or any command. Can anybody see what is wrong with the command?

To figure out the problem, first, we need the manual of this device with the communication well documented, which you still need to provide. The manufacturer requires registration to access the manual.

I have been able to communicate with the MKS946. My mistake was that I was using a null modem cable instead of a straight one.
