Digital Cutoffs

What is the minimum voltage that is read as "high" and the maximum voltage that is read as "low?"   I don't know how to find what values my NI box uses for digital cutoffs.  I would like to be able to enter the min. "high" value as 3.76V and max. "low" as 1.0V.  I imagine that the 6251 would be the best hardware to use for this application (that is available to me).  I'm new to this whole LabVIEW thing and figured this would be an easy question, but just can't seem to find anything so far.

You can find the electrical characteristics for the digital I/O in the manual for the DAQ board. They are TTL levels so a logic 0 is between 0 and .8 and a logic one is between 2.2 and 5.0.
