I am working on a device prototype for estimating age from dental radiographs. I have X-ray images of second premolar of different subjects. I want to calculate the cross section area of pulp in these images, as region of interest (pulp) is different for different people, How can I make a program/template for calculating area of pulp? I'm attaching an image with marked ROI.
