Digitalization of test procedures and test data

HI,

I am looking for an example and/or software recommendation for digitalizing our manual test procedures and test data. We currently use paper test procedures and fill in the data for each test step manually on the test procedure. When the test procedure is completed, the technician signs and dates the completed test procedure, then it is scanned and stored electronically in a network folder. What we want to accomplish is to have all of our test procedures entered electronically into a database together with the test results/data from test procedures test steps. Does anyone in the Labview software community have a software recommendation which can does this and can provide examples of this? I would prefer a commercially available software tool versus having to create my own database.

TIA,

Dan

As a starting point, you could just use Excel.
