Why does Dis.AllMonitors and Display.Primary workspace give two different values of monitor dimensions ?
It may be that Display.Primary workspace is (may refer to) monitor resolution less task bar height, (but this is not what the help indicates.)
When spread to full screen is set to True, the screen expands below the task bar, in either case
(Windows 8.1)
When spead to full screen is set to tru, the screen exapnds below the task bar, in either case

Taskbar. The Taskbar is taking 40 pixels on my machine. If I hide the taskbar, the values are equal.
