Disable Win2k keys (Alt-Tab, ...)

This dll is to disable/enable Win2k ALT, CTRL, ESC combinations. It can be used to restrict the access to Win2k and other applications with a full-screen main Vi (+ taksbar 'always on top' option off). Note that CTRL+ALT+DEL cannot be disabled in Win2k.

Very nice utility. This can be very handy for LabVIEW executables where it is the only program that should be visible.
