Display Overall Transfer Function in Polynomial and Zero-Pole-Gain form!!!

I am a real newbie to Labview and I need to determine the overall transfer function both in polynomial form and zero-pole-gain for a given system in block diagram form.

I have replicated the block diagram in Labview (Block diagram screen) and produced a response that is identical to the response when the block diagram is written in a Matlab script.

I problem I have is I just cant figure out how to take the output signal to the waveform block and get a displayed answer in polynomial form or zero pole gain form.

Perhaps I am constructing this incorrectly?

Any assistance with this problem would be greatly appreciated, as I am really stuck!!

I have attached what I have produced so far.

Thanks

You have no classic LabVIEW, just 100% simulation module code. Not sure if there is a better place for your post, but you might want to mention that in the subject.
