Distributed system manager 2011 messed up after 2012 install

Solved!

So, as per usual, things break when installing the new version of LabVIEW. I hadn't installed any new drivers yet, but the new version of MAX was installed to my computer (is this wrapped up in LV install now, instead of with the drivers?). Anyways, I went and opened 2011 distributed system manager and I see the following (2011 distributed system manager is in the front, 2012 in the back).

This chinese problem has popped up a few times before in message threads I've seen.

Take a look at this post, http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Why-does-my-LabVIEW-occasionally-display-in-Chinese/m-p/1545242#M571..., but you might want to read the entire thread.  It seems there is a corrupted or missing file in the LabVIEW installation that causes this.
