Did you mean:

Does NI Vision 2009 run as a 64 bit application if installed on Windows 7 x64 (with LV2007 x64)?

Why not save some of your question for the body of your message instead of cramming it into the subject line?

What is LV2007 x64?  I've never heard of that version of LabVIEW.

As for Windows 7, since it isn't officially released yet, it is impossible to say what will run on it or not.

There are 2 versions of LV 2009, x86 and x64. Windows 7 RC has been available for download for a while. However, I can restate the question: "Does NI Vision 2009 run as a 64 bit application if installed on Windows Vista x64 (with LV2007 x64)?".

Then I'll assume that where you say LV2007 x64, it was a typo and you actually meant LV2009 x64

A release candidate is not the same as a released version of an operating system.  There are no guarantees that anything is going to run on Windows 7 as of right now.  However, only someone from NI can answer and tell you whether they have done any testing with LV2009 or Vision 2009 on Windows 7.  However, I'm sure the official line is that since Windows 7 is not released, nothing from NI is officially supported.

Yes I meant LV2009. Too many numbers (Win7, LV2009, x64) Smiley Happy. I am aware the RCs are not the same as release versions but I was curious if anyone had tried.
