Does anyone knows where can I get the MKS Mutlifunctional Flow Controller 647B driver?

I have searched a lot of places but it appears that no one has the labview driver for the MKS 647B. Does anyone knows where to get one?

Even if there is no instrument driver for your device, you can still control the device by using NI-VISA functions. You can find more information about NI-VISA from it's user manual:
