Does the NI-VISA driver wizard create drivers that are compatible with the 64 bit versions of Windows XP/Vista?

If you are using a 64-bit compatible version of the NI-VISA driver, then the NI-VISA Driver Wizard should create 64-bit compatible device drivers that run in 32-bit mode.  You can find the different NI-VISA drivers at http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/fn/p/sn/n23:1640/lang/en.

Thanks. To clarify, you're saying it doesn't matter what version of the Wizard I used to create the INI? I just have to tell anyone using the INI I generated to run the latest version of VISA?

I assume that VISA 4.4 has Vista x64 compatibility it also has XP x64 compatibility? Only Vista is listed on the link you provided.

That would be an incorrect assumption.
