Hi Garry
In LV 6.1:
1.Goto Tools>>Options
2. Select "Block Diagram"
3. Enable the "show dots at wire junctions" option

Under the Tools menu, click on Options, then use the drop down menu to go to Block Diagram. Check the option "Show Dots at Wire Junction" if you want dots to appear. After you click OK, you want to restart Labview to have it take effect.

Go to Tools -> Options -> Block Diagram and select show dots on wire junctions
