Downconvert VI Requests

It's easier to give a screenshot since almost nothing is in there.  (The screenshot is a snippet for Version 8.5.)

It is missing a subVI called RT LED's from the RTutility.llb

Here is is in LV 8.5.

Although it was asking for a subVI named with some crazy characters that seems to be missing.

Even though the subVI is missing, it looks like it's way too complex (Rube Goldberg candidate). What's wrong with just using the 7 segment font?
