Did you select 32-bit?  I believe LV Community Edition is only available in 32-bit.

I think you cannot even select the 64 bit:

But for the OP: Can you describe more how you cannot download it? are you getting some error or the download button is greyed out?

When I am not logged in it looks like this:

I can choose between 32 and 64 bit.
When I press "Download" nothing happens!
When I press "Install Offline" a window opens!

How can I start the download?

I would try a different browser.

I have several web browsers installed and I find that Google Chrome works when the others don't.

It has something to do with all the tracking that websites do.

Google Chrome lets the most tracking through.

As far as I know, Community version is 32-bit only.

Neither with Chrome or Microsoft Edge does the download work!

I hope I don't break any forum rules here, but LV CE is for free and should be for everyone so why not?

so here's the download link for the iso file, which you couldn't get:

Thanks for the link.

But you have to download the software yourself in order to activate it.
Yesterday there was probably a problem on the LabView Community page with the download, but today it worked again!

Glad it (finally) worked!  Don't forget to mark your post as the solution so other people can know this is a possibility to consider.  🙂
