Drag and Drop Path Control Subpanel

Solved!
Go to solution

In the attached .llb there are two files, a Master VI with a subpanel, and a SubVI that has a path control:

Is anyone else having trouble dragging and dropping into that path control? I am pretty sure this is a bug. If it isn't a bug I would love to hear the infinite wisdom behind the 'feature'.

[this is where my post will be edited to include the solution if found, or the things that were tried before moving on. Misery loves company but success is a party]

path control, pathcontrol, #path #control

SubPanel, sub panel, #subpanel

Drag and Drop, drag_and_drop #drag_and_drop

Solved. The problem was not the drag and drop opperation but the SubPanel. See snippet.

Just because the Top Level VI is running does not mean that the SubPanel is running....
