Drive shutoff-axis 3

Mainly using with Motion control.
The following will be introducing my procedure and show where the error is,
I ran Motion architect program first before I ran Labview, then I went to click terminal and clicked ok on an warning message which reminded me system wasn't being run yet. I went to click terminal again,; then chose send to operation system and clicked yes.
At mean time, another windows would show up; then I went to transfers and chose send motion program and keyin setjay.prg and hit enter.
Open Labview program, and open a file named control2.vi. There are four axis and each can control different axis, but mostly only third and forth one are used. Third axis can control height of the bob, and forth can rota
te the bob. The thing is every time I pick a reasonable value which means this value is within the safe range of up-down height for axis three, and then terminal windows will show "Drive shutoff - axis three." Only one way I can enable this command is restarting each step and try again. But for axis four, there is no error or problem.

Sounds like the problem occurs pretty consistently. I would try and find out exactly in the code when this problem is taking place. If you have inhibit lines wired to the amplifier you might want to watch the state of those also. Another option is to try and run a shipping example for axis three to see if you get the same results. Hopefully this will help the troubleshooting process. Have a good weekend.
