Hello,
I am not familiar with those instruments, but the 4156A/B driver may work with little or no effort on your end. Often, similar instruments have similar or identical commands. I recommend downloading the 4156A/B driver and trying it out with your instrument. It looks like a fairly involved driver, so modifying it to work with the 4156C, if it doesn't already, may take a little work. You may also want to check with Agilent to see if they have a LabVIEW driver available. Also, I suggest going to
www.ni.com/idnet and selecting "Request Drivers" to submit a request for the drivers for that particular instrument. Our driver development team looks into these requests when considering future driver developments and updates. Let me know if you have any other questions! Have a great day!
