Drivers are Installed but device is not listed in NI Device Finder-USB 6289

Hi All, 
i have installed the drivers for USB 6289. but using labview and DAQ Assist, Im not able to use the ports. It says Reading system configuation and is stuck there for over an hour. What should I do. How can i verify whether my device is detected by software. Drivers are Installed properly. Once more thing. I m trying to make an Oscilloscoe using this DAQ. Please send me the VI if you already have one ready.

check your daq with Ni-max first. if your max could not detect your card you have one of bellow problem
your daq or its cable have problem : check cable and daq led
you do not install Ni daqmx toolkit :check your instrument tool-kids
driver did not install correctly in ni max it will be show with error massage
labview crash somehow and try to repair by install& remove software in window
