E-1608 is not detected in Labview

Using device E-1608 DAQ . The DAQ is detected in Instacal . When running the VI I close Instacal.

I get the following error.

Error 10149 occurred at ULx Create Channel (AI-Voltage-Basic).vi:5780001

Possible reason(s):

Not all of the device resources could be accessed by UL for NI LabVIEW.

Make sure the device is not being accessed by another application.

It might be worth looking into the ULx functionality in more detail to make sure this has been installed and used correctly: ULx for NI LabVIEW Software Quick Start.

Otherwise have you reached out to Measurement Computing for support? They are more likely to have information on the specific errors codes in UL and have history of answering these questions e.g. Possible causes for ULx Error 10140 in LabVIEW or LabVIEW runtime
