Can you provide a Text file, an Excel file, a VI with the data saved in an Indicator, something that I can use to get the numeric values correponding to the recent picture you showed of your data? Something that I could plot in a LabVIEW graph? I'll try my hand at doing some very simple numerical manipulation and see if I can "simply" find the peaks, and from that, estimate BPM. Let me try to "put my money where my mouth is".
