I can not change the stop button to latch, because I created a local variable for it, if I just wire one stop button to both stop mechanisms of the while loops, the program wont read the position of the motor anymore.
If I don't use the top frame structure, the inputs will be too fast for the motor to read and it won't move to it's home position, that is why I added them. It works with the SubVIs though, thank you!
Also thanks with the move to certain position button, that works better.
The error also makes sense, I now put that on the stop mechanism
