Additionally, if you get a license for the current version of the code then it is valid for previous versions as well (https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019OUqSAM&l=en-US). I'm not sure how easy it will be to find the installation software for these older versions. Is there a specific reason that you have to have these old versions (existing hardware compatibility, for example)?

Higher than what? Higher than expected or higher that the price in USD?

IIRC (I don't check that often), we pay more euros for LV than Americans pay in dollars, even though 1 euro is >1 USD.

Fair or not, that's how it is, we don't make the rules...
